What is a Roof Certification Inspection?
Roof Certification is a verification of the roof conditions. This inspection is required by Citizens and other insurance companies upon renewal or application, for homes of certain ages.
The roof is the most critical component of a house structure and it should be in good conditions to protect your family and your belongings from harsh weather situations.
In order to pass this certification the roof coverings must not present any damage or leaks and must have at least 3 years of useful life remaining.
